让肝癌患者不开刀实现无瘤生存

我认为，目前对于肝癌的认识应是将肝癌视为一种慢性疾病。
大家都知道，乙肝一肝硬化一肝癌这“三步曲”。肝硬化的患者，随着年龄的增长，免疫力的下降，有些较大的肝硬化结节恶变为为肝癌。在肝癌患者中，约80％～90％的人伴有肝硬化，且为多发；在工作中也可见由乙型肝炎直接恶变为肝癌的患者，多为大瘤伴肝内转移。
瘤射频消融不用开刀就可以清除现存瘤体 ，使患者在一段时间内实现无瘤生存。
肿瘤射频消融手术是利用高频电流产生热能的物理原理对肿瘤进行消融治疗，不用开刀就可精确靶点切除肝癌。利用高频电流（＞200～460KHz）使活体中组织离子随电流变化的方向振动，从而使电极周围有电流作用的组织离子相互摩擦产生热量。在局部温度达到45～500C时，组织脱水，活体细胞蛋白质变性，细胞膜崩解；达到700C时，组织产生凝固性坏死；利用高温杀灭肿瘤组织的原理对肿瘤进行射频消融治疗。肿瘤射频消融手术是医生在CT机或超声波的实时监视下，不用开刀，在局部麻醉下，经皮直接穿刺，把射频针送到肿瘤中心或治疗的病灶中心区，释放多极电极，在电脑实时温度控制下使肿瘤组织局部的温度加热达到90～1150C，利用高频物理热能直接杀灭肿瘤组织—也就是我们常说的热死肿瘤。每个点治疗肿瘤的坏死区可控制在直径2～5cm，根据肿瘤大小不同可实行单点或多点治疗，对较大的肿瘤治疗时要制定治疗计划，进行分次多点射频消融，每次间隔时间一般在一周左右，完成治疗计划后，进行CT增强扫描、血管造影及甲胎蛋白测定，观察肿瘤坏死的范围及程度。肿瘤完全坏死者进入临床随诊阶段。有残余肿瘤者进行相应的介入治疗，直到肿瘤完全坏死，达到手术切除的效果后进入临床随诊阶段。对肿瘤进行射频消融的手术特点是：不开刀、安全、无痛苦、不流血、CT靶向定位精确(毫米水平)、治疗全过程是在CT或超声波影像实时监视下进行，治疗效果佳，手术时间短，约1～2个小时左右。术后患者恢复快，平卧床6小时后即可进食和自由行走。对肝癌、肝转移瘤、肝血管瘤、胆管癌、肺癌、肾癌、子宫肌瘤、肾上腺肿瘤等可达到微创靶点切除肿瘤的治疗效果，配合肿瘤化疗栓塞及化学消融治疗疗效更佳。尤其适应于小肝癌患者，是小肝癌患者的首选治疗方法
如何长期有效地控制肝脏肿瘤（图文）

肝脏是体内最大的实质性器官，是肿瘤高发部位；肝脏肿瘤分为原发（原发性肝癌等）和继发（肝转移瘤）两类。无论是原发还是继发肿瘤，应用超声引导下的消融技术，均可对其进行有效的治疗。要长期控制肝脏肿瘤有赖于以下几方面：
一、全面准确的引导
现有引导手段中超声引导的准确性比ＣＴ及ＭＲ高得多，熟练的操作者可准确地穿刺肝内２至４毫米的病变。由于是实时监视下进行，可完全排除呼吸的影响，与ＣＴ和ＭＲ相比，有很大的优势。以往这一引导手段最大的弱点是对位于肝膈顶部的肿瘤无治疗探查定位，现在我们通过人工胸水的辅助，已解决了这一难题，从Ｂ超引导这个角度，已无盲区，肝内任何部位的肿瘤均可准确穿刺。
二、消除治疗禁区
肿瘤可发生在肝脏的任何部位，位于大血管旁和肝门肿瘤手术无法切除，邻近空腔脏器肿瘤放疗无法进行根治剂量的照射，但以上部位的肿瘤均可进行射频治疗及无水酒精注射治疗，且非常安全。
靠近空腔脏器的病灶根治性放疗有风险
三、治疗效果可靠
目前射频及无水酒精注射的消融效果在国际上已得到公认，认为对于直径3cm以下的肿瘤治疗效果等同于外科手术；随着射频消融设备的改进，有的仪器单次消融作用范围已达7cm(直径)，对较大肿瘤的疗效显著提高。
对于直径10cm的肿瘤射频治疗也能使其完全坏死(右图治疗后肿瘤已完全坏死，没有血供)
四、反复治疗后残留和复发病灶的定位
消融治疗是一种肿瘤原位灭活技术，治疗后肿瘤坏死，但影像学检查很难将其与残留或复发的肿瘤区别开来，这就为再次消融带来了困难。以很增强ＣＴ或ＭＲ、超声造影可在一定和度上解决这一问题，但效果不理想。近年来，我们应用PET-CT技术指导消融治疗后残留和复发肿瘤的再消融治疗，取得了很好疗效。
五、治疗手段损伤小，无累积毒性，可多次重复
外科手术创伤大，无法多次重复治疗；放疗有造血及免疫抑制作用，且累积剂量大时会引起肝脏及胃肠道的放射性损伤，也无法重复治疗。但肝内的肿瘤可多次复发，如何应付？微创的消融治疗就是最佳的选择，理论上消融治疗可无限次反复使用。
六、控制新转移灶出现的有效手段
消除了肝内可见的转移病灶后，如何维持疗效和避免新的转移灶出现呢？有证据表明，胃肠道肿瘤通过门静脉转移至肝，且初期以门静脉供血为主。以往的临床试验证明，通过门静脉化疗可将结直肠癌肝转移的发生率降低1/2至2/3。
具备了以上六个条件后，理论上说只要病人有足够的经济条件，有足够的肝脏功能储备，肝脏肿瘤就有可能得到PET-CT水平的完全缓解，并得到长时间的有效控制。

USA IN GREAT DANGER THIS WEEK!
This is the most urgent email we have sent so far. We have just returned from speaking inside the U.N. in New York last week. Here is what is happening right now in the Spirit and the warning for the USA this week.
ANAPOLIS, MARYLAND MEETING: PLAN: The U.S. is hosting a 3 day meeting in Anapolis, Maryland called a “Peace Summit.” We have been receiving great and severe warning from the Lord concerning this meeting for the entire USA.
In a nutshell the USA is leading the pack in pressuring Israel during this meeting to:
1) Divide Jerusalem and give the Temple Mount to the Muslims
2) To cede all of Judea and Samaria and allow the establishment of an Arab terrorist state called Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital. (”West Bank” is the biblical Judea and Samaria, the heartland of Israel promised to the Jewish people by God’s everlasting covenant.)
3) To give Palestinians control of the mountain ridge overlooking Israel, placing all the large population centers within range of Katusha rockets.
4) To expel hundreds of thousands of Jews from their cities in Israel, thus changing the entire demographics of the nation of Israel.
Every time the USA has attempted to pressure Israel to give up covenant land we have had direct results of disaster with hours and days, often within 24 hours.
The last time I felt such a heavy burden for the USA was in the summer of 2005. The US pressured Israel to follow through in evacuating thousands of Jews from Gaza and to give it up. As I watched this unfold a sense of impending judgment was felt. I told my wife and friends that something BIG was about to happen and that we needed to pray for God’s mercy. Shortly after we were driving through New Orleans. We were living in Florida at the time. During this time God led us to leave the southeast and move back to Arizona. As were drove across the country we were told to not stay the night in New Orleans but to pray for mercy not fully understanding why. When we arrived in Arizona we turned on the news to discover we had just escaped Hurricane Katrina by a few days and saw the devastation. The Lord showed us that this was a direct result of “cause and affect” due to Israel being pressured by the US to give up land. To this day there are still homeless Jews living in hotels, tents and from place to place across Israel as they lost everything in Gaza, the same holds true for thousands of people that used to live in New Orleans. There are many parallels including the fact that Gaza’s loss had the same direct impact on the Israeli ecomony as New Orleans did to the US economy due to the fact and Gaza was a major agricultural region for Israel.
Another time I felt this strange sense was on 2 other occasions.
One was when President Bush announced he would be the first President to give the “Palestinians” a homeland by dividing the God given land of Israel. When I heard this my spirit was greatly saddened. Within 24 hours 911 hit. Another time he spoke these same words while we were visiting Israel. The next day the Space Shuttle blew up with an Israeli and US astronauts on board. The headlines were that the Space Shuttle divided and separated in mid- air over the city of “Palestine, Texas.” This was another major wake-up call concerning this issue. Several days later while in Jerusalem I had a dream in which I met Pres. Bush and I told him that I had fasted and prayed for him to be elected during his first election but that the Lord his telling him to please not divide Jerusalem or judgment would fall on the USA. As I said this tears welled up in my eyes in the dream and Pres. bush put his hands on my shoulder as he also started to tear for a brief moment. The Lord opened the door for me to pray inside the White House first the East Wing and shortly after the Lord opened up the west wing for us to pray in the oval office, press room and other key rooms. The same prayer and declaration came into our spirit not knowing what was going on behind the scenes, praying that the US would not succeed as the nation that accomplished the dividing of Israel.
Recently the Lord told me to go into the U.N. and declare the glory of God, and also declare that confusion come to those in the U.N. that are also greatly influencing the division of Israel. We went in as God supernaturally opened the door immediately after God spoke this word to me and did exactly that and we felt a major rumbling in the Spirit. Not understanding fully at the time how the U.N. was so key in all of these we now know. The “Peace Summit” is planned for November 27-29. November 29, is exactly 60 years to the day when the UN first voted to partition (divide) the Land of Israel under the British control at the time. What is re-occuring is using the same plan that originated with the UN and have it occur on the same day. Thus the reason the Lord sent us into the U.N. to blow the trumpet. (When Britain agreed to divide the land, England lost every colony worldwide starting with losing the influence and control it had over Israel. Now America is the key player that calls the shots and tell Israel what it can and cannot do. We really need to pray and fast the next 3 days like never before.
The Bible clearly talks about impending judgment on any nation that would divide the land of Israel.
Joel 3:2 “…there I will deal with and execute judgment upon them for My people and My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations and because they have divided up My land.”
The Bible goes on in explaining that the land of Israel was given by God not man to the Jewish people.
Psalm 105:9, “Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath with Isaac; And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant; saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance.”
At this moment the full power of the United States is doing everything in it’s power to succeed at dividing the land of Israel and Jerusalem this week. We as a nation are on a major collision course with God Himself and His covenant with Israel even though we are also the greatest nation with the most blessings, more Christian influence and more lovers of God and Israel among its citizens than any other nation yet no nation has ever touched the apple of His eye without severe and quick retribution. We love the USA and are so burdened for the harvest of souls and this nation that I was born and grew up in allowing me to be saved at a very young age due to the gospel being freely preached to us.
Recently I spoke at a conference in Wisconsin as I began to share to the people about this concern and about our U.N. meeting that was coming up. I shared that major shaking was coming and it could come in many forms and that I felt there was something this time with earthquakes. After the meeting I had some time alone with the Bob Jones, one of the few high level prophetic voices alive today. I shared my concern and asked him what he believed could happen if America helped divide Israel. He very clearly told me that if the USA were to succeed that there would very likely be the physical division of the land of America in a major earthquake along the New Madrid Fault that runs exactly through the center of the country all the way from Chicago to Missisippi. He said that he prophesied this many years ago that it would happen but that this is what could be the thing that ignites it. Today I received emails from 2 totally different ministries that mentioned this same possibility concerning the New Madrid Fault Line dividing our nation.
The true mature prophetic ministries should be hearing God speak about something as earthshaking and important as this. Those prophetic voices called to sound the trumpet who do not warn God’s people about what is happening or who seem to not have any revelation concerning Israel’s connection to America, revival and harvest and the nations need to ask God to take off the blinders or the “busyness” of ministry that have caused them to lose their prophetic edge. God does nothing but that he first reveals it to his servants or prophets. We are actually very shocked that there are not many more voices that seem to hear God’s voice not even hinting, speaking or writing their followers on the importance of this matter and to sound a clear alarm to pray.
As you know we are totally into revival, harvest, miracles, souls and an “all things are possible” mindset. It is not every day that we send something like this, on the contrary. But this sense has become so strong again we must alert all of you that pray for us, support us and read our emails to stand with us in praying that
1) The “Peace Sumit” would come to nothing
2) Ask God to remove any and all blinders from our current US President and adminstration concerning dividing Israel.
3) If somehow an agreement is reached pray for major mercy in the midst of judgment over the USA to lessen the casualties and that great harvest would come as a result of any shaking or judgment that could come.
God is asking for all believers in the Lord to pray as the verse below clearly explains.
Isaish 62:6-7, “O Jerusalem, I have posted watchmen on your walls; they will pray day and night, continually. Take no rest, ALL YOU WHO PRAY TO THE LORD. Give no rest until he completes His work, until He makes Jerusalem the pride of the earth”
WE SAID ALL THIS TO SAY THAT IF YOU LOVE THIS NATION AS WE DO PLEASE PRAY AND FAST DURING THE NEXT 3 DAYS AND ALERT EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO PRAY CONCERNING THIS.

潘忠礼(美国)：美籍华人夫妻科学家：农业生物领域大展鸿图(图)

【华人报讯】 据美国《侨报》刘勇戈报道，两年前，加利福尼亚大学戴维斯校区举行了一场隆重的再生新能源系统剪彩仪式。来自联邦、州和地方的官员、科学家，以及中国驻旧金山总领事等300多人，都出席了剪彩仪式。而这一隆重仪式的主角是华裔女教授张瑞红女士，她研制的新型快速发酵菌，大大提高了垃圾转换能源的效率。
今年春天，又一位华裔科学家因为在食品加工、贮藏和安全方面做出杰出贡献，获得了2007年度唯一的美国农业部赫尔伯特-拉波尔特杰出中青年农业科学家奖，并且由美国农业部推荐，成为最有希望获得今年美国杰出中青年科学家总统奖的候选人。他就是张瑞红教授的丈夫、美国农业部农业服务局西部中心研究员、戴维斯加大的教授潘忠礼博士，这不得不使我们想对潘教授和张瑞红伉俪重新认识。
出类拔萃的留学生经历
潘忠礼教授是黑龙江省绥化人，是中国文革后恢复高考第一批大学生，东北农业大学硕士毕业后，于1988年留学到美国，在伊利诺大学获得第二个硕士学位，1998年在戴维斯加大获得博士学位。在美国生活20年来，潘忠礼经常往返中美两国，为美中两国农业技术交流与合作做出很多贡献。
张瑞红博士也是1988年从中国东北农大研究生毕业后，前往美国伊利诺大学留学，并获得生物农业工程博士学位。她曾于2003年获得美国农业生物工程学会青年学者奖，是此奖设立后二十多年来获奖的第一位女士；2007年又获美国环保总署环保成就奖。
记者不久前有机会采访了潘教授伉俪，分享了很多有关潘、张两人在美国留学和发展的精彩故事。他们被戴维斯加大从其他学校争夺到手的经历，便是给记者留下深刻印象的故事之一。
戴维斯加大争夺人才
1993年，张瑞红获得博士后到伊亚华州立大学应聘，当时她要竞争的一份工作是推广和科研两部份，除科研外，还要和当地农民打交道，那些农民基本上都是白人。负责招聘的系主任詹姆斯问她：“你是女士又是外国人，你就不感觉怯懦和那些农民打交道嘛？”张瑞红回答说：“我是女的也变不成男的，我是中国人也不会变成西方人，但是我是专业人员，我和人打交道时首先不是考虑我是一个女士、一个中国人，而是要根据我的专业去跟别人做工作。”詹姆斯第二天就通知她被录取了。
张瑞红被录用之后，工作做得很好。后来詹姆斯到德克萨斯州大学去当系主任，就任不久，就给张瑞红打电话，非要让她也过去工作。他说：“德克萨斯州比伊亚华州还需要你这样的人才，因为他们很需要有能力的新人开创新的科研领域和带来新的文化影响。”詹姆斯事先也跟伊亚华州立大学的新系主任打招呼说：“我会把张瑞红挖走的，你到时候不要感觉太突然。因为她是我聘来的，所以我要带走。”新系主任说：“我们对瑞红照顾这么好，你肯定挖不走。”
不过张瑞红还是被“挖”动心了，她向詹姆斯表示了愿意应聘的意念。与此同时张瑞红看到戴维斯加大招人的广告，因为加州的环境更具诱惑力，也想试试应聘戴维斯加大。戴维斯接到她的申请立即让她去接受面试，面试后就马上决定要聘请她做教授了。
为了让他们喜欢上戴维斯的气候和开放的文化，对他们面试的人还特别带他俩去逛市场，而夏天那水果供应充足的市场，充满了诱惑力。
于是张瑞红告诉德州方面，自己已经被加大录用了。但是德州大学的系主任詹姆斯还是不甘心，对他们说：“不管你来不来，都过来看看，给我们个机会。”
他们就于1995年7月4日乘飞机到了德州，当时潘忠礼还在读博士，詹姆斯表示也能够为潘忠礼安排工作，同时不妨碍他继续完成博士学业。并且还让他们两个提出更具体的要求。潘忠礼和张瑞红没有马上提具体要求，只是说：“让我们回去想想看。”而詹姆斯就马上表示给他们加工资。
而与此同时，戴维斯加大也表示要给他们再加薪水。并且在他们回到伊亚华州立大学时，就把对他们的待遇的第二份方案给了他们，并且打电话对他们说：“我们已经给你们加工资了，还是考虑到我们这里来吧。”经过再三权衡，瑞红和忠礼决定到戴维斯加大工作。
就这样，瑞红和忠礼来到戴维斯加大。
事业有成 家庭和美
潘忠礼博士毕业后立即被著名的农产品加工公司ADM公司聘任为远东地区技术服务总监。十几年来，张瑞红和潘忠礼在科研和促进国际交流与合作做出了令人瞩目的成就，并成为唯一的夫妇先后担任海外华人农业、生物与食品工程师协会的主席。
潘忠礼和张瑞红在美国生有两个孩子，男孩潘峰高中毕业，今年暑假后就要离开他们到圣地亚哥上大学去了。7岁女孩潘红，更是父母的掌上明珠，聪明伶俐，给他们生活带来很多欢乐。夫妻两人不仅都热心工作，而且齐心协力料理家庭生活，为自己也为孩子创造了非常舒适的生活环境。对于孩子的事情，两人认真态度也不亚于对待工作，总要坚持分出时间和精力陪伴小女儿去中文学校、上钢琴课，上滑冰课；也总能认真为孩子和自己下厨房烹调。

Kathie Walters 8.26.08 Making Righteous Judgments

I was sitting in a restaurant texting my daughter, Lisa. (I am home in Macon, Georgia) Suddenly the Lord said to me, ” 24 hours.”
Next my thoughts were invaded by people and sounds.
Judgments – the judgments that you make in your own heart (Jesus said) are going to come back to you. judgments are made out of pride and an ignorance of the understanding of the grace of God.
I will explain further on so please bear with me for a few minutes.
We are all kept by His grace alone. “We are kept by the power of God” the Bible says.
First of all man’s problem is not sin, it’s pride – all sin comes from pride. When we get out of the grace then we will fall into the first hole that we come to. Humility is knowing that it’s ALL God. We are saved, sanctified, KEPT by the grace of God.
WHEN GOD LIFTS HIS GRACE
When we lived in Orlando years ago we had Arthur Burt minister in our church one evening.
After the service we brought Arthur, some other friends, and another young English guy, Jeremy, back to our house for some supper.
As people sat around chatting, Jeremy interrupted Arthur and asked “Oh by the way, do you know Evangelist Stan Brown?” (Not his real name).
“Yes, as a matter of fact I do,” replied Arthur, and he continued his conversation with someone else.
Jeremy was excited. “When this man was in the UK and he had tent meetings and that’s where I got saved,” Jeremy said.
“Do you know where he is?” “Well, yes I do,” Arthur said, and turned away to resume his conversation. I thought Arthur was behaving a little weird.
“But Arthur, where is he (Stan)? I would love to contact him,” Jeremy said, now a little impatient. “If you must know brother, he is in jail.” Arthur again began to talk to someone else.
By this time poor Jeremy was losing it.
“What do mean, in jail? Why is he in jail?’ A bewildered Jeremy was in shock.
“Well brother, if you must know. “He is in jail for child pornography,”
Arthur looked at Jeremy now.
Jeremy couldn’t understand it at all and was speechless. “How could that happen?” Jeremy asked, “Brother Stan was so anointed, he led me to the Lord, and there were so many people saved and healed in his meetings.”
“Brother” Arthur said to Jeremy, “When a man gets into pride, God lifts His grace and then he falls into the first hole that he comes to.” Well we all got a revelation that night, but I have seen it happen again and again.” God resists the proud and gives His grace to humble.”
What do you do?
But what do you do? Do you make judgments about the one who has messed up? Better not, Jesus warned about that. ” The judgments you make will return to you again. Do you know that people who judge others often fall into the same sin eventually?
So what do you do? Do we all ignore the sins and failures? No of course not. What I am saying is that God will deal with things and His people – but He may not want to use YOU. In which case you have nothing to say. You want to throw stones? I would be careful about those stones,. They have a way from becoming a boomerang .
I said this last week – but read it again
I told this story last week- but I am telling it again because it’s very important that people understand about making judgment. Where are your judgments coming from? Are they personal judgments? Are the made according to what your ears hear and your eyes see? Jesus did not make judgements that way- neither should you. God will bring a word -and the word will do a work. But Gods’s word will come by the Sprit of God and God will use a vessel who is open and whose heart has compassion for the person involved.
One time years ago when David and I were traveling in America ( we lived in London at the time), we ministered in some house groups in the North Atlanta area.
On the Sunday we were due to speak at one of the larger house groups. We had not met this
particular house group leader before and so one of the other elders took us to the house on Saturday night to meet the pastor in charge of the Sunday group.
We went to this man’s house. Myself, David, and a girl who was traveling with us on that trip. Her name was Sue. When we knocked on the door a nice looking man answered. He welcomed us and I assumed he was the leader we were there to meet.
As he shook my hand and smiled at me- I saw a spirit of adultery in his eyes. It was not a hidden thing, it was bold. I must say that it shocked me. I could see from Sue’s face that she saw it too.
We went on into the living room and there were a number of people standing around and some sitting around, chatting. An old minister/friend from England was sitting there, talking to someone and seemed oblivious. I couldn’t understand it – surely if I could see this,
Arthur could see it. He had been in the ministry for 60 years.
I was trying to talk to Arthur with my eyes- WHY DON’T YOU DO SOMETHING?”Surely
if I can see this brazen spirit, you can too.”
Sue was trying to do the same thing to me. She was making weird faces at me across the room. Suddenly Arthur put down the Orange Juice he was holding and gave forth a very loud message in tongues. The whole room was silenced. After that he gave a message in English. It went something like this, “You have until this time tomorrow to uncover or be discovered by the Spirit of God.” Then he picked up his Orange juice and continued his conversation with the lady next to him.
Well when we got back to place we were staying I went immediately to my room. ‘Ok God what Was that all about?” God said to me ” I couldn’t use you Kathie because you already judged the man in your heart.” I realized that was true. When I saw the spirit of adultery – I was already making assessments and judgments. Not consciously but unconsciously. With most of
us, our minds are geared that way because` we haven’t been taught NOT to live in that realm, of sight and sound and feel.
Of course Arthur Burt has been around a very long time, he is not a dummy.
I am sure he SAW the spirit but he didn’t know it until God told him .
You see when God tells you
The word he gave did its own work. But Arthur was detached from it. The word came from God not from Arthur.
We had a great meeting in the morning but in the evening the leader took off with a lady in the church and never did come back.
So I learned some more about the spirit of false judgment and how it is rooted in pride. “He Has showed you Oh man what is good, and what does the Lord require of you, but to do justly and to LOVE mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”
Don’t cut yourself off from people – there by the grace of God go I. Better to beware of the Pharisee Spirit – the Pharisees didn’t know they were sinners – that’s dangerous. They distorted grace and mercy of God and judged people by their own standards and out of their own hearts.
You know what – the wonderful and powerful acts of God in Lakeland and the disappointments that came from Todd’s personal failures have brought to light a lot of things that I believe God is looking at.
There are judgments that God has made – on the responses that have arisen out of people’s hearts.
I would be very careful about any judgments you make right now out of your own heart.
When I got that word tonight, “24 hours” I couldn’t finish my nice salad.
The noise and peoples faces who came crowding in on me were like clanging cymbals.
Get released
If you made a judgment about a church, ministry, or person ask God to release YOU and then you release them. People do dumb things sometimes. About every ministry I know has said something dumb from time to time. Well if you judged people by those things you SAW or HEARD, you will write everyone off. You would be the only one in church on Sunday, you and the cat ( and you would spoil it.)
King David
We don’t know people’s heart – King David committed adultery, then murdered Bethsheba’s husband. I would say that most of us would immediately disqualify him for the ministry – let alone kingship. But you know how God referred to David- ” A man after my own heart.” What?? You’re kidding aren’t you God?
Do you know why God said that about King David? Was it because he was doing so good “Pastoring the kingdom”? No it was because he was honest. When the Prophet Samuel came to confront him, Samuel told him a story about a man and his one sheep. Remember the story? There as a man who had many sheep, but he wanted the one sheep that other man had, so he killed him and took his sheep ( making reference to David taking the one beloved wife of his servant when he himself already had many wives).
You got me!
Do you know how David responded? He said “Oh ,I didn’t realize that she was actually married.” No, he didn’t did he? When Samuel said, “Thou art the man.” David said ” You got me.”
People made judgements about people without having any revelation of the heart.
Religious spirits always create false standards in the mind and then you make judgments according to the false standards out of your own heart.
If people have judged you when they didn’t understand where you were coming from and where your heart was at- pray it off or better still have someone else break it off – release people you have made judgements about – quicky.
God didn’t ask you – He didn’t ask your opinion about it – about anything. If He gives you a word that’s different. You can bring that word and offer it. But you are just the mail man- not the judge and jury. You had better bring it with humility knowing that YOU are only kept by His grace.
You have the witness of the Spirit in YOU. Why does the Bible say “You have the anointing within you, and you don’t need anyone to teach you.?’ Does that mean we don’t need teachers- well of course not as God has appointed teachers – but you have to witness to the teaching. You can’t blame someone else because you didn’t listen to the witness in your spirit for yourself.

There has recently been a release and demonstration of God’s mighty power in the earth. We have seen the sick healed, families restored, and the dead raised by means of the spoken word through television. We’ve witnessed all sorts of creative miracles: the blind can see, the deaf can hear, and tumors have dissolved.
There is a quick maturity and growth happening in the sons and daughters of God because of the extreme acceleration released in the glory of God. However, these powerful displays of the Kingdom are only “Previews of the Coming Attraction!”
Bonnie Jones’ Dream
In a recent dream, Bonnie Jones was visited by the Lord. In the dream, the Lord came to Bonnie and led her on a journey. The first place the Lord took Bonnie was a massive storehouse filled with organs and body parts. The Lord allowed Bonnie to put her right hand (faith) into this storehouse where she held all different types of organs and limbs. She felt He was teaching her to have the faith “of” God, not faith “in” God.
The Lord continued to escort Bonnie on the journey. The next place was on a bridge and then over railroad tracks. The bridge and the railroad tracks formed a cross, symbolizing “righteousness and justice.”
Next they went to 22nd Street. The Lord was giving her the key of David out of Isaiah 22:22, “Then I will set the key of the house of David on His shoulder, when He opens no one will shut, when He shuts no one will open.” She looked up and in the distance saw Lake Superior. The Lord is about to do something far superior to what we’ve recently witnessed.
Next she was holding a map. The instructions said, “When you come to 9th Street, take a hard right.” When they took a right on 9th Street the dream ended.
Bonnie is from Ohio, so when she woke up she knew where Lake Erie was, but not exactly where the other Great Lakes were. She decided to check the atlas and found where she was in the dream while looking at Lake Superior. She was in the extreme northern point of Wisconsin in an unincorporated village named Cornucopia – which represents an “open portal and the blessings of God.” Looking straight ahead at Lake Superior are the 22 Apostle Islands. Interestingly enough, there are 22 apostles recorded in the New Testament.
True Apostles are Being Released
What Bonnie saw in this visionary encounter with the Lord is parabolic of what God is bringing in this hour. In this season the Lord is restoring true apostles in the earth. As this apostolic government comes into view and is established, the Lord is releasing new keys – governmental keys of Kingdom authority that will be matched by no other generation.
Creative miracles, signs, and wonders will be witnessed in unparalleled ways as the Lord firmly establishes and confirms this new government. It will look nothing like what we’ve witnessed or heard of to date. There will be upheavals and shakings in the earth that will confirm what is happening in the spiritual – the natural proclaiming the spiritual.
What the Lord is about to do is far superior to anything He has done before. Creative miracles – arms, legs, body parts, and organs will come down from Heaven. There will be no ebb – no end! Your source is in Heaven, and this Heavenly warehouse is opening. Body parts will be issued to the Body, but there needs to be a government to do this. This will not be about a certain leader or leaders in particular, but an entire Church government and Body that will function in unity. This will be miraculous in itself.
A New Apostolic Government by 2012
In the last 30 years we’ve seen a restoration of the prophetic – true prophets have been restored to the Church. But now we are about to see a restoration of the apostolic – true apostles are arising. The prophets bring the revelation and the apostles bring the application.
These apostles will be men and women like Joshua – leaders that bring the rest into the Promised Land. These apostles will not be appointed by man, but by God. In fact, many of them will look extremely different from what we would call “apostolic.” This new breed of apostolic order will not fear losing their reputation nor be concerned about what the newspapers are saying, but rather, they will speak what the real news is. The secular newspapers won’t judge the Church; it will be the other way around.
You can’t persecute the anointing and the glory of God or you’ll miss it. These apostles will speak to nations and cause a shift in the natural and the spiritual. Revival will break out and new regions will be changed as the Lord establishes new governmental order. This is not a man thing…this is a God thing!
We will see an entirely new apostolic government in place by 2012. At this time, we will see the Church being put together and growing into a habitation for the Spirit of God: “…in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit” (Ephesians 2:21-22).
The Coming Election and the Angel Named Union
Right now it is extremely important to pray for the coming election. The winds of change are blowing. We must pray for this Godly Vice President. September is the month that will make the difference – this is the month it begins. Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, starts the night of September 29th.
Right now God is harvesting harvesters for the great harvest. By 2012 we will see a genuine apostolic government in place. From there we will see others come alongside and do what they are called to do.
We are in the middle of one of the greatest changes in history. These next eight years will be full of joy if the Church steps into authority and God’s righteous people are elected. It’s time to begin to bless instead of curse. The mind of Christ will be released to true followers with a fresh vision, new anointing, and plenty of provision.
We are going to see Roe vs. Wade overturned. It’s time to bless the United States and not curse her. Bob Jones heard Kate Smith singing God Bless America. This is the United States of America. We are united by diversity, and the angel over this nation is named “Union” – we are united by diversity and strengthened by union.
Past Disappointments and Expectations
In a vision on August 31, 2008, Bob saw that many people were imprisoned by their lost expectations. What they expected out of their lives had not come to pass.
Past disappointments or expectations for our lives have imprisoned us. And when you look back to your past expectations, you have no vision for your future.
Your failures were steppingstones from your past; steppingstones into His presence and your future. It’s time for you to flush your past and let it be gone from you. The Lord is commissioning you – giving you a mission; vision for the future.
There is a remnant left who remain; they really believe God and have kept their spirits and consciences clean. The Lord is not disappointed in them. However, they’ve become disappointed in themselves. But the Lord says to you that your disappointment was His opportunity.
So our past disappointments rob us from our future vision because God is saying:
“I’m not disappointed in you because of your failed expectations, for they were My opportunity to change your life for My purpose.
“Your disappointments or expectations were stepping stones to My presence and now – I’m going to demand that you flush them and look to the future – not the past, for those who look to the past have no future! I now have My Spirit in many of My people.”
In the vision, Bob saw that many of God’s saints’ consciences (or their spirits) were clean, but their minds weren’t. And the Holy Spirit is dealing with the mind of those who have not come to the place where they thought they should be.
God says, “Their conscience is clean and now I’m going to cleanse their soul, because I’m going to use their soul and their spirit to reveal My Kingdom. So now I begin a work of cleansing their soul, so their soul might be a partaker of My Divine Nature.
“You’re actually ready in the spirit. Now I’m preparing your soul, for I’m going to use both soul and spirit. And the soul is what I’m preparing.
“I just want you to know that I’m not disappointed in you and I’ve brought you to the place where your future in Me shall be fruit.” Amen.

My daughter,/Faith, and I just spent a day with Bob and Bonnie so now we have a list of Aromas and what they mean. Meanwhile I believe this is a VERY IMPORTANT WORD. Your declarations bring life or death to the atmosphere around you and that includes your lil’ old self .Two Encounters: “God Bless America” and “The New Breed Coming Forth”God Says to Bless America!
While in a trance on the afternoon of July 26, 2008, Bob heard the audible voice of God say, “America has forgotten Kate Smith’s song, God Bless America! They are cursing America more than blessing her with their words. Their words have power. I have not forgotten her; I love her. If they don’t begin to bless America, she will go down!”
Bob felt it necessary to issue this warning! Bless America, don’t curse her. God has not given up on her, neither can we. Our words have the power to bless or curse so we need to begin to bless America with our conversation. (America is still under the grace of God. Be careful not to curse what God has blessed kw)
Deuteronomy 30:14-20, “But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your mind and in your heart, so that you can do it. See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil.
“(If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which) I command you today, to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His ordinances, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land into which you go to possess.

A Vision of the New Breed
Recently, Bob had a vision of the new breed coming forth:
There is a coming forth of the NEW BREED! They are not old and they are not young. They will come forth in the Spirit of Holiness. Romans 1:4, “And (as to His divine nature) according to the Spirit of holiness was openly designated the Son of God in power (in a striking, triumphant and miraculous manner) by His resurrection from the dead, even Jesus Christ our Lord (the Messiah, the Anointed One).”
The Spirit of Holiness coming forth is the divine nature of Christ. 2 Peter 1:4-10, “By means of these He has bestowed on us His precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through them you may escape (by flight) from the moral decay (rottenness and corruption) that is in the world because of covetousness (lust and greed), and become sharers (partakers) of the divine nature.
“For this very reason, adding your diligence (to the divine promises), employ every effort in exercising your faith to develop virtue (excellence, resolution, Christian energy), and in (exercising) virtue (develop) knowledge (intelligence), and in (exercising) knowledge (develop) self-control, and in (exercising) self-control (develop) steadfastness (patience, endurance), and in (exercising) steadfastness (develop) godliness (piety), and in (exercising) godliness (develop) brotherly affection, and in (exercising) brotherly affection (develop) Christian love.
“For as these qualities are yours and increasingly abound in you, they will keep (you) from being idle or unfruitful unto the (full personal) knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
“For whoever lacks these qualities is blind, (spiritually) shortsighted, seeing only what is near to him, and has become oblivious (to the fact) that he was cleansed from his old sins.
“Because of this, brethren, be all the more solicitous and eager to make sure (to ratify, to strengthen, to make steadfast) your calling and election; for if you do this, you will never stumble or fall.”
The new breed shall be of the divine nature and will be a friend with God. John 15:15, “I do not call you servants (slaves) any longer; for the servant does not know what his master is doing (working out). But I have called you My friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from My Father. (I have revealed to you everything that I have learned from Him.)”
The Spirit of holiness coming forth will have resurrection power in it and this power will bring the obedience of what Christ called us to. Matthew 10:8, “Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge) give.”
Most of the people Bob saw were between the ages of 25 and 40. They will be the first of the new breed which others will immediately begin to follow and they will not fall back.
The Spirit of Holiness
The Spirit of Holiness is different than the Holy Spirit although it works by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of Holiness is the nature of Christ in you coming forth in maturity. It is Christ formed in you to a new level of maturity.
Paul’s prayer will be answered. Paul travailed until Christ is formed in us (Galatians 4:19) – he was suffering birth pangs until Christ formed in us.
Those who will walk forth in the Spirit of Holiness will be individuals who will represent Christ in a new level of maturity. These will be the first of the great youth leaders which countless numbers will follow.
Christ was the first of the new breed coming forth resurrected by the Spirit of Holiness. This new breed will be motivated by the Spirit of God – doing nothing of themselves but only doing what they see the Father doing.
John 5:19, “So Jesus answered them by saying, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, what the Son does in the same way (in His turn).”
